This includes significant works required to fix the structural issues and defective works that have been identified following the termination of the private finance initiative contract in 2018. This assessment will be set out in a business case, which the Trust intends to submit to NHS Improvement and the Department for approval soon. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/07/2019 answer text <p>People in prisons should receive the same standard and access to National Health Service healthcare treatments and care as people in the community.</p><p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has published quality standards on antenatal care (QS22) and antenatal and postnatal mental health (QS115). NICE quality standards are concise sets of statements designed to drive quality improvements within a particular area of care and cover the NHS, public health and social care. The Department does not have any arrangements for monitoring the uptake of NICE quality standards centrally as they are not mandatory, however health and care commissioners are expected to take them fully into account.</p><p>NHS England is responsible for commissioning healthcare services in prisons in England. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/07/2019 answer text <p>Given that cannabidiol extracts are found in many products and not just in food, Departmental officials are also working with other Government departments to assess all the relevant issues. We will consider evidence to develop the most suitable approach for regulation and compliance. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) will continue to engage with stakeholders on how the Government can achieve this.</p><p> </p><p>On 1 November 2018, the Government changed the law to enable specialist doctors to prescribe cannabis-based products for medicinal use. This includes products containing tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol. Where clinical private practice gives rise to a conflict of interest then the general management actions outlined in guidance should be considered and applied to mitigate risks</p><p><br> In addition, the General Medical Council is the independent regulator of doctors in the United Kingdom and sets the professional standards that all doctors must follow to practice in the UK. Doctors planning to refer a patient to an organisation in which they have a financial or commercial interest must tell the patient about that interest and make a note of this in the patient’s medical record. Doctors must be prepared to explain and justify their decisions and actions. It commits to delivering 5,000 additional placements for nursing students, 7,500 further Nursing Associates, increasing undergraduate supply and broadening routes into nursing.</p><p> </p><p>There are no post-registration requirements for a Registered Nurse to become a Parkinson’s nurse.
