answer text <p>We have made no such assessment. Commissioners have a statutory responsibility to make funding available for a drug or treatment recommended by the National Institute for Care Excellence (NICE) Technology Appraisals Programme within 90 days of publication of guidance, unless specified in the guidance.</p><p>Compliance with this statutory responsibility is achieved when a patient, after discussion with their clinician can choose a NICE recommended treatment without any local funding or formulary restrictions.</p> more like this
