<p>On 7 October the National Health Service announced that £10 million funding will
go towards designating specialist ‘long COVID-19’ assessment clinics that will be
available to all patients in England.</p><p>Commissioning guidance to support the
establishment of these clinics was published on 6 November and local health systems
are currently developing plans to implement them as soon as possible. More information
about the clinic locations and how to access them will be released in the near future.</p>
