answer text <p>Patients and their families affected by rare diseases and muscle-wasting conditions often require emotional and psychological support. NHS England has committed to a number of national priorities to improve the support available including the Improved Access to Psychological Therapies programme and the Government’s choice commitment to end of life care. Teams within NHS England’s medical directorate are working with a wide range of stakeholders and patient representatives to embed person-centred care for all patients with long-term life limiting conditions.</p> more like this
