answer text <p>NHS England advises that the Transforming Cancer and End of Life Programme in Staffordshire is a partnership between four clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), two local authorities, NHS England and Macmillan Cancer Support. Resources and expertise have been provided over and above current CCG resource by Macmillan Cancer Support to mitigate any risks to delivery from capacity and capability gaps.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Staffordshire CCGs did not stipulate that private sector providers should be part of the successful consortium.</p><p> </p> more like this
