Our programme work in the Russia Federation is limited to the North Caucasus. The funding goes to NGO's that focuse on areas such as radicalisation and extremism. The current allocation for FY 2016-17 is £375,000. In FY 2015-16 our programme spend was £391,262. Detailed design of the Prosperity Fund is still ongoing, and in order to maximise impact, Ministers have agreed that the Fund should concentrate on countries with large numbers of poor people and that still face significant development challenges but which are also key for driving future global prosperity.
