answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/10/2015 answer text <p>We welcome both the recent successes of the Nigerian Army in their fight against Boko Haram, and that a number of women and children have been rescued. We continue to encourage the Nigerian authorities to provide those rescued with appropriate support. I raised these issues during my visit to Nigeria 12-14 October. We understand that none of those recently rescued were individuals abducted by Boko Haram from the town of Chibok in April 2014. The UK condemns the PKK’s ( Kurdistan Workers' Party) recent attacks in Turkey, as we condemn all terrorism. Our thoughts are with the families of those killed. We have called on the PKK to cease this violence. I raised these issues in a meeting with my Turkish counterpart on 14 August, and in my statement on 9 September.
