answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2015 answer text <p>The Free Syrian Army is a collective term used by a range of moderate opposition groups in Syria who are fighting the regime and ISIL. The Free Syrian Army call for a pluralistic system that respects the rights of all Syrians. They reject terrorism and terrorist tactics, and have condemned Islamic extremism. We monitor this constantly including through the Foreign Secretary’s Six-Monthly Reports to Parliament. We have welcomed previous statements that the Hong Kong SAR Government remains committed to protecting the freedom of the press. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2015 answer text <p>The Government is fully committed to the Welsh language and to providing Government services in the Welsh language where there is demand for them. It is important that, in the non devolved areas sufficient support should be given to the Welsh language, and the Government is committed to ensuring this is done.</p><p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), along with other Government Departments, is not considered a ‘public body’ under the provisions of the Welsh Language Act (section 21), meaning that it is not required to prepare Welsh language schemes.
