Over 870,000 people have registered, more than half are women. The British High Commission in Kigali is closely monitoring the investigations into Diane Rigwara and her family following their recent detention. I emphasised that North Korea's reckless actions have created a deeply dangerous and unstable situation on the Korean peninsula.
