We expect FIFA to do the same with regard to World Cup-related projects. I have had a number of discussions on human rights and the working conditions of foreign workers with my direct Qatari counterparts and I discussed the issues with the Qatari government during our bilateral working group in Doha on 26 February. I welcome Qatar’s response to international concerns and the proposed measures to improve the conditions for migrant workers, including changes to the sponsorship system. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron) and The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond) have underlined our concern about the threat Boko Haram poses to communities of different faiths and ethnicities in Nigeria. Boko Haram’s attacks are often indiscriminate and they commit appalling atrocities against all those, both Christian and Muslim, who do not follow their extremist and intolerant views. We condemn their actions unreservedly. As the Prime Minister, my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron) informed colleagues on 10 June, we have equally underlined to the President our commitment to helping him tackle the threat. The human rights situation for many living in areas under ISIL control is gravely concerning.</p><p>I visited Iraq on 12 February and encouraged Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to continue progress on ensuring that all minorities are represented and their rights protected. We welcome the commitments that Prime Minister al-Abadi has made to inclusivity, to protecting Iraqi citizens, addressing human rights abuses and holding those responsible to account.</p><p>We are working closely with the Iraqi government and our international coalition partners to assist and protect civilians wherever we can. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/06/2015 answer text <p>While the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has not made an assessment of the recent report by the World Bank to the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee, the UK and the EU are extremely concerned about the situation in Gaza. We continue to urge the parties to prioritise progress towards a durable solution for Gaza. To assist with Gaza's reconstruction, the UK pledged £20m to help kick start the recovery and help get the Gazan people back on their feet at the Gaza reconstruction conference on in October 2014. We have already disbursed 75% of our pledge. This is in addition to our earlier provision of £19.1 million in UK aid in response to last summer's crisis. The Middle East Peace Process was one of the subjects on the agenda and both Gaza and settlements were discussed. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. On 8 June, envoys from all 28 European Union Member States including the British Consul General to Jerusalem visited the Bedouin community at Susiya.
