I emphasised that Gulf unity is the best way to counter extremism and ensure the region is a stable place to live, work and do business. Of the calls relating to the current tensions, all were about visiting or transiting the countries involved. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/06/2017 answer text <p>The UK has a diverse range of supply sources, including domestic production, pipeline imports from Norway and the continent, and imports of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) from elsewhere in the world. The ability to draw on a wide range of sources enhances the UK's gas security of supply.</p><p>We do not assess that the current situation in the Gulf warrants concern for our gas security, but we will continue to monitor this. Wholesale gas prices in the UK are low, which indicates that the market is not concerned. Qatari production and export of LNG have continued as they did before the dispute began. As such, the government's priority for all sessions of the UN Human Rights Council is to ensure that it holds those responsible for human rights violations and abuses to account, that it effectively addresses global threats to human rights, and that it strengthens safeguards and protections for the future.</p><p>At the 35<sup>th</sup> session, the UK tabled a resolution on Syria, and supported resolutions on the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ukraine and Belarus. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Special Envoy for Gender Equality spoke at the annual full day discussion on human rights of women. The UK supports reform aimed at ensuring competitive HRC membership elections, as well as efforts to support and increase the capacity of Small States to strengthen engagement with the Council and its mechanisms.
