Israel is a sovereign state and as such, has the right to refuse entry or deport anyone they wish. answer text <p>​While we have not raised or made an assessment on this specific issue, we have consistently called on the Israeli Government to ease movement and access restrictions in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. We are also supporting the UN Access Coordination Unit to work with the World Health Organisation, Israeli Government, Palestinian Authority and aid agencies to facilitate the transfer of medical equipment and supplies and patient referrals in and out of Gaza.</p> more like this

answer text <p>We are not aware of any indications to date that the UK and Russian suspension of flights to Sharm el-Sheikh is having a negative impact on the security situation there. We are conscious of the economic impact which flight suspension and the resulting drop in tourism continues to have. We look forward to achieving the return of flights once we can be assured that the necessary security environment can be sustained. answer text <p>We are in regular discussions with the Government of Iraq on how UK support is helping to build stability in Iraq, support diplomatic and military efforts to defeat Daesh, and contribute to stabilising liberated areas. I last discussed these issues with Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari at the UK-Iraq bilateral Joint Committee, held in London on 12 October.</p><p>The Conflict, Stability and Security Fund is one of a number of means of support that the UK deploys in support of the Government of Iraq, complementing diplomatic and communications efforts. The Fund is currently supporting Government of Iraq efforts to deliver reform and reconciliation, stabilisation, and counter-Daesh strategic communications.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The following Israeli and Palestinian non-governmental organisations and projects are funded from the bilateral programme budget during the current financial year (2016/17). These are projected spend figures so are subject to change.</p><p>- Burj Alluqluq Centre Society - This project aims to prevent conflict through the creation of extra-curricular programmes that enable youth to have alternatives to being on the street, reducing the likelihood of violence and countering extremism in the most marginalised areas in Occupied East Jerusalem. answer text <p>We share the concerns of the Commission of Inquiry regarding human rights in Eritrea. The UN Human Rights Council in June adopted a resolution responding to the findings of the Commission's report. This resolution set out steps needed to improve the human rights situation in Eritrea.</p><p>We are taking steps to support implementation of this resolution. We have made clear to the Government of Eritrea the tangible improvements we want to see, including amending its national service system, fully implementing its own constitution and releasing those arbitrarily detained.</p><p> </p> more like this
