British scientists are participating in scientific expeditions to the Weddell Sea during this Antarctic season, and in a series of international scientific workshops and meetings, to further develop the scientific case for the MPA proposal. Our cooperation covers the full range of cyber security issues, including joint action to expose irresponsible state behaviour in cyberspace which we have jointly attributed over the past year. We also work closely in a range of international forums such as the G7, G20, NATO and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and this will be particularly important in the lead up to the United Nation’s discussions surrounding responsible state behaviour in cyberspace in the context of international security. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Houthis have also already released small numbers of prisoners as signs of goodwill while discussions continue on a broader exchange of prisoners. We regularly raise our concerns about human rights with the Government of Pakistan. The Government of Pakistan has confirmed that Asia Bibi is free to make her own decisions and to leave Pakistan should she wish to. Pakistan's Foreign Minister Qureshi has also affirmed that the Pakistan authorities will continue to do everything necessary to ensure her safety. In December 2018 the UN Security Council adopted Presidential Statement (S/PRST/2018/19) that set out key areas, against which progress is required to ensure a successful transition from peacekeeping to peacebuilding. This includes ensuring that physical property and United Nations team sites are handed over in line with general UN practices, as well as financial rules and regulations. Protests throughout Sudan have now run longer than any other period of protests in Sudan's history, including those in 1964 and 1985.
