As set out in the Border Target Operating Model, the first release of STW functionality will be made available for public use ahead of October 2024. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2024 answer text <p>Initial analysis has indicated that the policies introduced under the Border Target Operating Model (BTOM)would lead to an approximate increase in consumer food price inflation of less than 0.2% over a 3-year period. The cost of BTOM controls is equivalent to 0.4% of the UK’s agri-food Gross Value Added of £127bn in 2021, which serves as a proxy for food prices.</p><p> </p><p>An outbreak of a major disease could have a much more significant impact. In implementing this new control regime for the first time on EU imports, we will carefully monitor the range of potential risks, including those that may impact food supply-chains.</p><p> </p><p>We will work with importers to try to manage those risks in a structured way. We recognise that this new model for importing Sanitary and Phytosanitary goods will require some businesses and their supply-chains to adapt their business models. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/01/2024 answer text <p>Defra is working with stakeholders including Grown in Britain, game dealers and shooting and conservation associations to support development of the wild venison supply chain.</p><p> </p><p>This includes facilitating an industry GB Wild Venison Working Group to improve sector resilience, develop branding, traceability and promote the British Quality Wild Venison Standard and exploring opportunities for more public procurement of wild venison, with the aim of increasing overall demand for wild venison. This was updated in 2023 through the publication of 'Powering Up Britain'.</p><p> </p><p>The UK has halved its emissions, ahead of every other major economy, and we have grown our economy by over 70% since 1990. The UK over-achieved against the first and second carbon budgets, and the latest projections show that we are on track to meet the third.</p><p> </p><p>We have one of the most ambitious decarbonisation targets in the world, and we have set more stretching targets for 2030 than most countries. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/02/2024 answer text <p>The Farming Recovery Fund was activated in 2019 for farmers who suffered uninsurable damage to their land and were affected by exceptional flooding incidents as a result of significant rainfall. £1.4m was allocated towards reinstatement costs. £519,000 of this was claimed in 2020, £884,200 in 2021, and £750 in 2022.
