<p>We do not yet know how Brexit will effect trade and migration, and how labour markets will react. The Government is investing heavily to create a skills system that delivers the right skills in the right places to enable the UK to compete with the best in the world, and can respond to Brexit as well as other labour market challenges<em>. </em></p>
