answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2017 answer text <p>The independent Mendoza Review, commissioned by the government and published on 14th November, shows that 28% of Arts Council England-Accredited museums are operated by local authorities and that they and other museums receive over £200m per year from local government.
