<p>The Government is investing over £9 billion between 2016-2021 to deliver a wide range of affordable housing - to meet the needs of a broad range of people, including homes for social rent. We have also confirmed long-term rent certainty for social landlords – creating a stable investment environment to support councils and housing associations to build more affordable homes.</p>
