answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/10/2014 answer text <p>Under Cabinet Office protocols for managing staff surpluses, all HMRC staff leaving under compulsory redundancy (CR) terms have first been offered and declined voluntary redundancy (VR) terms.
