answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/03/2017 answer text <p>The Office for National Statistics publication “UK Business: Activity, Size and Location” gives the total number of businesses registered for VAT and/or PAYE at parliamentary constituency and local authority level from 2009 onwards.
