answer text <p>At the Spending Review 2015 we protected the current £4.7 billion science resource funding in real terms for the rest of the Parliament and re-affirmed our long term science capital commitment of £6.9 billion between 2015-2021.</p><p> </p><p>The government also continues to support business research and development investment through R&amp;D tax credits. In 2013-14, R&amp;D tax credits provided £1.75bn of relief to over 18,000 companies, supporting around £14.3bn of innovative investment.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government is committed to providing data on active National Insurance numbers used by people from other EU countries.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC is currently compiling this information and is working closely with the ONS, which is currently reconciling the four main sources of international migration data.</p><p> </p><p>The data on active National Insurance numbers will be published as part of or alongside the ONS’ publication. It’s up to that independent statistics authority as to when they are ready to make the information public.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Spending Review set out the allocation of the Joint Security Fund for the Ministry of Defence and the Intelligence Agencies totalling £3.5bn over 5 years.</p><br /><p>The Joint Security Fund will be used to deliver the investments set out in the Strategic Defence and Security Review. The allocation of funding is conditional on annual spending limits that were agreed at the Spending Review. As with all public expenditure, Managing Public Money sets out how public funds must be spent, including the principles of regularity and propriety.</p> more like this
