answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/12/2016 answer text <p>Development of a supply chain forms a key part of the Contract for Difference (CFD) negotiation process.</p><p> </p><p>The Hendry Review, which has been considering a number of issues including supply chain opportunities, has now been submitted to the department.
