We do not undertake due diligence on individual employees of companies, although our processes seeks to ensure that persons are not disqualified to act as a Director. These procedures have an effect on the number of face to face assessments providers can conduct daily, whilst maintaining compliance with Covid-19 health and safety measures.</p><p> </p><p>At present, face to face assessments are only being carried out for claimants we have been unable to assess by other means. APAs can be considered at any point during a claim to Universal Credit and the decision to implement one is assessed on a case by case basis.</p><p>Our Work Coaches and Case Managers gauge claimants’ financial needs from their first interview.
