	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2016 answer text <p>While we can’t draw a direct link between the triple lock and pensioner poverty, pensioner poverty is at one of the lowest rates since records began, with 100,000 fewer pensioners in relative poverty (after housing costs) than there were in 2009/10. Pensioners are now less likely to be in relative and absolute low income after housing costs than the population as a whole. The Government continues to support the poorest pensioners, not least through Pension Credit which tops up income to a guaranteed minimum level of £155.60 for a single person and £237.55 for couples.</p><p>The Government wants all pensioners to have a decent and secure income in retirement. We have committed to maintain the triple lock to 2020, the guarantee that both the basic State Pension and the new State Pension will increase by the highest of the growth in average earnings, price increase or 2.5%. The full basic State Pension is now over £1,100 a year higher than it was at the start of the last Parliament. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2016 answer text <p>We have no plans to change the treatment of a non-resident parent’s outgoings within the calculation of child maintenance.</p><p>There is currently allowance made for:</p><ul><li>other children that live in the non-resident parent’s household;</li><li>children they support under a court order or family-based arrangement; and</li><li>for providing shared care for any of their children.</li></ul><p>Certain additional costs can also be taken into account - for example costs incurred in caring for a disabled child.</p><p>The calculation of a child maintenance liability is based on a percentage of the Non-Resident Parent’s income. This is broadly aligned with the proportion of their income a parent would normally spend on their child if they lived with them. Work Coaches provide personalised support, tailored to meet the needs and requirements of parents, helping them to find work that fits with their individual circumstances. The Flexible Support Fund allows Work Coaches to address barriers to employment and support parents into work. This can be used in a variety of ways including paying for travel and childcare to allow parents to undertake training, attend interviews or start work.</p><p> </p><p>We are also putting in place a new package of government support that will make childcare more affordable and more accessible. This will build on the support already offered and will mean more parents have choice, security and peace of mind when it comes to being in work and supporting their family.</p><p> </p><p>Parents on Universal Credit have been offered more generous support from 11 April 2016, where they are able to claim up to 85% of childcare costs, compared to 70% previously. This is up to a monthly limit of £646 for one child or £1,108 for two or more children, up to the age of 16.</p><p> </p><p>The Government currently offers 15 hours of free childcare for all three and four year olds and some of the most disadvantaged two year olds in England. From September 2017, this free childcare offer will be doubled for working parents of three and four year olds in England from 15 to 30 hours per week.</p><p> </p><p>We are also introducing Tax-Free Childcare, which will be available to around two million households to help pay for childcare costs from early 2017. For every £8 parents pay into an online account, the Government will pay £2 – up to a maximum contribution of £2,000 per child each year, for children aged up to 12. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2016 answer text <p>Universal Jobmatch is a self-service job posting service for employers, jobs boards and recruitment agencies.</p><p>Built into the service are monitoring tools and vacancy checks which help to detect, deter and remedy inappropriate use of the site.</p><p>All vacancies posted on Universal Jobmatch must meet the Terms &amp; Conditions which includes that an account holder must not post duplicate jobs.</p><p>Where there is a breach of Terms &amp; Conditions, service to the employer or recruiter may be permanently withdrawn.</p><p>Checks are also made to identify inappropriate, fraudulent and bogus jobs in order to block them from being posted.
