answer text <p>Employment discrimination on grounds of nationality is in most cases prohibited by the Equality Act 2010 and will remain so, but the provisions in the Act do not distinguish between EU and non-EU nationals, nor between British and non-British EU nationals, and statistics in this area do not allow these distinctions to be made.</p><p> </p><p>The Government Equalities Office sponsors the Equality and Human Rights Commission, which has powers to enforce the Equality Act 2010 in cases where it suspects unlawful discrimination in employment may have occurred.</p> more like this
