answer text <p> </p><p>The Wales Office has not had any discussions with the Welsh Government on State Aid rules and the Circuit of Wales. As a devolved matter it is for the Welsh Government to decide how to allocate funding for economic development/leisure projects within their own capital budgets and to ensure that any support is compliant with State Aid rules.</p><p> </p> more like this
