By the same token, HM Treasury and IPA do not have data on what proportion of funding for projects in the Devolved Administrations comes from central government and DAs’ own capital budgets. However, HM Treasury and IPA do publish <em>aggregate</em> capital spending allocations for departments and the Devolved Administrations, as well as more granular detail on infrastructure investment, for example in the recent <em>Interim Response to the National Infrastructure Assessment</em> at Budget 2018 and the <em>National Infrastructure and Construction Pipeline</em> in November 2018.</p><p> </p><p>Aggregate capital spending allocations to departments and the Devolved Administrations in past years are published in <em>Public Expenditure Statistical Analyses 2018</em> (p.26). Further regional breakdowns of capital spending by economic category, including for the Devolved Administrations, are published in Chapter 9 of the same document.</p><p> </p><p>Aggregate capital spending allocations for future years to 2020-21 are published in the <em>Budget 2018</em> document (p.23). The Government will set capital budgets beyond 2020-21 at the Spending Review. A further 690 will be available to students in 2019/20 and the remaining 180 places will be available in 2020/21.</p><p> </p><p>The NHS has established a national workforce group, which will look at the future medical workforce as part of delivering on the workforce aims set out in the Long-Term Plan. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/02/2019 answer text <p>The pilot focussed on building a single ‘permissioned’ Blockchain that could be used to inform a trader’s ‘Authorised Economic Operator’ status. The proof of concept ran for six weeks, and established that government could use Blockchain to securely share the results of sensitive risk checks to improve the efficiencies of certain customs processes.</p><p> </p><p>Any significant implementation of Blockchain would require significant further work by HMRC. The Capital Requirements Regulation requires firms to disclose the geographic distribution of their credit exposures, including those to central banks and governments. These are only required to be disclosed if the loans are material, in accordance with European Banking Authority guidelines. Similarly, the geographical distribution will be broken down to show the areas for which there are material exposures. Lending to a specific country may not be disclosed specifically as lending to that country’s government if it makes up a relatively small amount of the firm’s activity. Instead, the lending would be grouped together with other small exposures to foreign governments under ‘other’ categories.</p><p> </p><p>It is firms’ responsibility to ensure adequate assurance over their disclosures and they are required to have policies for assessing the appropriateness of their disclosures, including their verification and frequency.</p><p> </p><p>Firms’ compliance with disclosure guidelines will generally be subject to review from their Internal Audit function.
