answer text <p>We do not currently collect data on 'employee number' from delivery partners who provide peer-to-peer lending. We are unable to obtain robust data because it is not included in the mandatory information required by some peer-to-peer delivery partners when lending through their platforms.</p><p> </p><p>However, by their very nature, the vast majority of lending will be to organisations that have less than 50 employees.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The investigations into lending by HBOS are a matter for Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) and the Financial Conduct Authority. They are on-going, independent investigations, and it would therefore not be appropriate for the government to intervene. The government expects that the investigation by Professor Russel Griggs will help LBG to resolve outstanding cases as soon as possible, so that any victims of fraud at HBOS Reading can be properly compensated.</p><p> </p> more like this
