HS2 Ltd routinely offers Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to affected parties to resolve disputes in cases where it is not possible to reach agreement by direct negotiation. Referrals to ADR require the agreement of both HS2 Ltd and the affected party. To date, three statutory blight cases have been determined through ADR. Guidance on ADR was published by HS2 Ltd on 30 May 2018.
