The department’s current assessment is that it will not require a significant increase in staff numbers if the UK leaves the EU with a deal. In a no deal scenario, a substantial number of additional staff are likely to be redeployed from other roles in Government. The majority will be internal DFT staff or staff from other government departments. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/12/2015 answer text <p>Initial discussions on the 2015 People Survey results for the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) have taken place in senior management fora. Further discussions are planned, including within existing DVSA governance arrangements.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p>The Department for Transport officials have been working closely with the management side at DVSA to try to resolve the industrial dispute, and to help ensure that the disruption to public services is kept to a minimum.
