The economic case aims to provide a comprehensive overview of a proposal’s impacts. These include a wide range of social and environmental factors, as well as time savings and economic impacts. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/11/2016 answer text <p>Under the Equality Act 2010 it is illegal for the driver of a taxi or private hire vehicle to refuse to carry an assistance dog unless they hold a medical exemptions certificates issued by the local licensing authority.
