<p>An assessment of the number of flights delayed can be made from flight punctuality
data collected by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Due to a change in the way flight
punctuality data has been collected and calculated by the CAA, figures for 2018 are
not comparable to previous years.</p><p> </p><p>The answer is provided in the table
