<p>Network Rail have advised the Department that since the GWEP ECAM determination on the 12 September 2014, they have identified that the cost forecast will be higher. As part of Sir Peter Hendy’s review Network Rail intends to produce a revised baseline plan later in autumn 2015.</p><p> </p>
