answer text <p>The Tavistock to Plymouth project has entered the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline. A Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) for this project has been completed by Devon County Council, with funding from the Restoring Your Railway Ideas Fund. Work is underway with industry partners to develop a proposal for the next stage of works, leading up to Single Option Selection and the development of an Outline Business Case. The next PACE stage for the project will be Engineering Stage 1. The Department is in the early stages of planning next steps, including delivery timescales for the Tavistock to Plymouth project.</p> more like this

answer text <p>I remain absolutely committed to the introduction of Oyster Pay-As-You-Go from the current Oyster boundary to Gatwick Airport.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>I am in continued discussions with the Mayor of London, and officials from the Department, TfL and the operator are working hard to make it a reality. I will be announcing the timetable for the implementation of these changes shortly.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Oyster Pay As You Go can be a real benefit to rail customers and we want to ensure that such benefits reach as many people as possible, which is why we included the commitment in the franchise.</p><p> </p> more like this
