<p>The Hitachi-Alstom joint venture is contracted to manufacture and maintain the HS2 rolling stock for Phase 1 of HS2 alone. We will complete Phase 1 of HS2 between Birmingham and London, with a rescoped Euston station.</p><p> </p>
