star this property answer text <p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Government is supportive of airport growth where it can be delivered within its environmental obligations.</p><p> </p><p>Every development proposal should be judged by the relevant planning authority, taking careful account of all relevant considerations, including environmental impacts and proposed mitigations.</p><p> </p><p>Airport planning applications need to take into account the European Commission Habitats Directive where they could lead to significant impacts on areas of nature conservation, which could include a Habitat Regulations Assessment of the implications of the plans for that site.</p> more like this

The ULEZ is one of The Mayor of London’s proposals to improve London’s air quality, and it is for him to manage any incentives relating to the scheme.</p><p>The Government is committed to increasing cycling and walking, and has a wide range of policies in place to support this. star this property answer text <p>The Chancellor of the Exchequer announced in the Budget 2018 that a further £420 million was being made available to local highway authorities in England, outside London, to maintain their local road network, including the repair of potholes. The Department will shortly publish details of the individual funding allocations we are making available.</p><p> </p><p>This funding is in addition to just over £6 billion the Department is allocating to highway authorities for local highway maintenance from 2015 to 2021.</p> more like this
