Although Justice Minister Ford is leading discussions with the parties on agreeing the full extension of the NCA to Northern Ireland, I continue to raise the issue with them on a regular basis. Minister Ford recently submitted a paper to the Northern Ireland parties, which we believe should allay concerns about the NCA’s accountability. In the Government’s view there is no justification for continuing to delay this decision. Of these, 14 (14.7%) received the “exceeded” marking and qualified for a non-consolidated bonus.</p><p>The remaining 81 staff (85.3%) were ranked as “met” or “must improve”.
