unstar this property answer text <p>I have regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues and Northern Ireland political leaders on Northern Ireland matters, including the Protocol.</p><p>The Government is engaging in constructive dialogue with the EU to find solutions to the problems the Protocol is causing. We are also proceeding with legislation that aims to fix these problems in the event we cannot reach a negotiated solution.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The Secretary of State and I are working closely with our colleagues in the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities on the design and delivery of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Northern Ireland. The Fund will make available a mixture of both revenue and capital funding to invest in local priority projects.</p><p> </p><p>The funding will be allocated by formula rather than by competition, and the Government has pledged that it will at least match EU receipts. All allocations will be conditional on Government approval of investment plans. More detail on the allocation formula, including local allocations, will be made available in due course.</p><p> </p> more like this

We are a small department, with a low carbon footprint arising from our accommodation and corporate travel requirements, and we choose to act sustainably when conducting every part of our business.
