answer text <p>The Government is taking action to improve the regulation of the private parking industry.</p><p>We have recently concluded a call for evidence, and intend to publish an impact assessment and consultation on parking charge and debt recovery limits in the near future.</p><p>We are working alongside all relevant stakeholders including industry bodies and consumer groups to implement the Code of Practice as soon as possible.</p> more like this
