<p>The Ministry of Justice has not assessed the effectiveness of the National Grid
Young Offenders Programme in reducing reoffending rates.</p><p> </p><p>In our Employment
Strategy, which will be published later this year, we will outline our plans to support
prisoners in gaining the skills and experience they need to prepare them for employment
in modern jobs on release. As part of this, we will be engaging with a wide variety
of stakeholders, including the National Grid Young Offenders Programme.</p>
