answer text <p>All CRCs are required by their contracts to make sure they have sufficient appropriately-qualified staff to deliver contractual services.</p><p> </p><p>The Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) in Wales has given assurance that it has met its obligations under the terms of the Enhanced Voluntary Redundancy scheme, which was used between October 2015 and July 2016. A separate and distinct Voluntary Severance Scheme has since been offered by employee agreement, allowing the CRC to offer terms to a greater number of staff.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) in Wales was established on 1 June 2014. However, the statutory duty for CRCs to supervise offenders released into the community from custodial sentences of 12 months or less came into force with the Offender Rehabilitation Act on 1 February 2015. Between 1 February 2015 and 30 September 2016, 3,315 such offenders were released into supervision under Wales CRC.</p> more like this
