All CRCs are paid on the basis of volumes of offenders entering the system, reducing reoffending and services provided for offenders not allocated to them. The payment mechanism can be found in schedule 11 of their contracts with the Ministry of Justice, which are published on the contracts finder section of gov.uk.</p><p> </p><p>We are carrying out a comprehensive review of our probation reforms, including how we pay CRCs, to look at how we can improve upon the delivery of the service and improve outcomes for offenders and communities. That is why we have recently announced that there will be a new civil stalking protection order, to support victims of stalking at an earlier stage that address the perpetrators behaviour before it becomes entrenched.</p><p> </p><p>We do not hold data on how many victims of stalking or harassment have been involved in family proceedings initiated by the perpetrator of the abuse. The court do have powers to deal with unmeritorious claims and applications.
