answer text <p>The Immigration and Asylum Chambers of the First-tier and Upper Tribunal are administered by HM Courts &amp; Tribunals Service (HMCTS). HMCTS has provided an additional 4,500 First-tier tribunal sitting days for this financial year compared to 2015/16. Clearance times for statutory appeal applications and judicial review applications in the Upper Tribunal have decreased from June 2015 to June 2016 .HMCTS keeps performance and resource levels under close review. The Government has also recently published a consultation on expediting appeals from immigration detainees.</p> more like this
