star this property answer text <p>The decision to recommend Victoria Tower Gardens was taken at a Holocaust Foundation Board meeting on 13 January . The Prime Minister accepted that recommendation and announced Victoria Tower Gardens as the chosen location on 27 January 2016. The minutes of the Board meetings are the property of the Foundation which is an independent advisory body.</p> more like this
