The Public Land for Housing programme (2015-20) Programme Handbook for Departments and Arm’s Length Bodies August 2018 sets out how risk ratings are defined, and provides guidance on monitoring, reporting and evidence keeping for the programme. All departments actively manage their pipeline of sites for disposal and apply appropriate risk ratings and mitigation strategies. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/05/2019 answer text <p>Since the programme launched in May 2015 there have been at least four rounds of bilateral meetings with Ministers from MoD, DfT, DHSC, MoJ and DfE, some of which involved the Minister for Implementation and Cabinet Office officials. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/05/2019 answer text <p>I have written to all private sector building owners who are currently committed to passing on costs to leaseholders to make clear my strong expectation that leaseholders should be protected from costs. However, too many building owners have failed to take responsibility for ensuring these buildings are permanently remediated swiftly, and at no cost to leaseholders. I have therefore concluded that it is imperative for the Government to act. On 9 May we announced a fund for the remediation of unsafe Aluminium Composite Material cladding on all high-rise (over 18 metres) residential private sector buildings in England.
