<p>The Government takes the issue of Islamophobia extremely seriously. The Prime Minister made this unequivocally clear after the Finsbury Park Mosque terror attack in 2017.</p><p>The Government is committed to tackling all hate crime, and to taking the issues of anti-Muslim hatred and Islamophobia forward. It is now of vital importance that we hear a range of views on the proposed definition.</p>
