answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2019 answer text <p>Everyone deserves a decent and safe place to live and Government is committed to helping older and disabled people to live independently and safely.</p><p>The Social Housing Green Paper asks if there are any changes to what constitutes a decent home that we should consider and whether we need additional measures to make sure homes are safe and decent.
