answer text <p>The bust of Charles Bradlaugh was commissioned by the Speaker’s Advisory Committee on Works of Art and placed in the Lower Waiting Hall before Christmas. Plans are already in place to install a label close to the portrait bust describing Bradlaugh’s contribution as a parliamentarian.</p> more like this
