<p>The Windrush Compensation Scheme rules are available on the government website
at <a href="http://www.gov.uk/windrush-compensation." target="_blank">www.gov.uk/windrush-compensation</a></p><p>Annex
B of the rules sets out the immigration application fees for which reimbursement may
be claimed under the scheme, where an application has been unsuccessful where the
applicant was not able to provide sufficient evidence of their lawful status.</p><p>Since
it was first published on 3 April, annex B of the rules has been amended to clarify
that this category includes an application for British citizenship and an application
for a certificate of entitlement to a right of abode.</p><p>Where an individual has
made more than one relevant unsuccessful application and they meet the criteria for
an award, reimbursement of fees for each application will be considered.</p>
