answer text <p> </p><p>Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) are subject to statutory duties and are required to sign a Declaration of Acceptance of Office upon taking office. The respective Offices of the PCC, in conjunction with the Association of PCCs, coordinate individual inductions for newly elected PCCs.
