answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>The following local authorities receive additional funding due to special <br>circumstances:<br><br>Croydon, Kent, and Hillingdon local authorities have been granted additional <br>funding which in the past was part of the &quot;Gateway&quot; arrangements, that has been <br>superseded by enhanced rates.
